3.1.3.1 b+ SII Cockpit

When a FI document or a material document is created, and all previous configuration requirement are met, an eDocument will be created. From a financial or a material document it is possible to navigate to b+ SII solution, or else it is accesible directly from the transaction /EDGE/SII_COCKPIT:

•  From a financial document

 Through the subject service -> b+ services -> b+ SII Cockpit:

• From a material document

Through the subject service -> b+ services - Logistics -> b+ SII Cockpit - Logistics.

• Direct from transaction

Transaction: /EDGE/SII_COCKPIT

In order to enter, it is mandatory to fill the company code to be consulted. Once it is chosen, it is allow to filter by any of the four independent search tabs:

- Search by FI/eDocument

- Search by logistics document

- Search by AEAT invoice ID

- Search by batch number

In addition to the mention tabs, there are the following functions for filter results:

• Non-relevant batches managment 

This functionality is intended to give the user a cleaner and more comfortable viewing of the batches from the Cockpit, avoiding those that are not of interest. To carry out this search, a "Batch search" option has been enabled, which allows to filter or not those batches that were determined as not relevant:

Through the fields "Batch search", the following options are availables:

- Display all associated batches - When selecting this option it will list all results, including non-relevant batches.

- Show only last associated relevant batches - When selecting this option it will list the results without the non-relevant batches.

• Search for alarms

This functionality allows to include in the results the alarms associated to the records. When selecting "Search without alarms", the performance of the system increases and when "Search with alarm" is selected, the results will show the ON/OFF colum for the alarms information.
