Before starting it is recommended to check that the ranges for Concilia are created.

First step

Once executed the transaction, it will show the selection screen  with the filters to perform a more specific reconciliation.

  • Company Code:  Allows to indicate an entity or a range of entities in alphabetical order.
  • AEAT Daily Book: Is the book in which is needed to make the reconciliation or a range in alphabetical order.

  • Fiscal Year
  • Conciliation period: Period for which the conciliation will be launched, in such a way that:
    • Periods from 01 to 12 - The reconciliation will be launched for the selected monthly period
    • Period 0A - Allowed for Reconciliations of Investment Property
    • Period AN - A reconciliation will be launched for each month until the current month
    • Quarterly periods - Reconciliation will be launched on a quarterly basis. Through the BADI, the months will be adapted to each quarterly period as needed.

  • SII reconciliation status: Current status of the documents.

  • Conciliation end date
  • Conciliation end hour
  • Conciliation disagreements: Indicate if are there differences or not.

Note: We can make multiple selection of each filter option, by pressing button.

Second step:

Once the filter is set, it shows a screen directly on “Display mode” where we can see all documents related with the applied filters.

When pressing “Display/Edit mode”, a new “toolbar” appears where it allows to add a new reconciliation, resume with a sending process, withdraw a conciliation in process or archive a conciliation to exclude it from the monitor.

On this screen, through a “traffic light” it shows the state of the reconciliation, it will appear in red when the reconciliation hasn't been performed, in yellow when it is sent, but for a certain reason has not being done and in green when it has been sent and completed correctly.

  • Difference: Indicates whether there is a difference between the SAP and the Tax Agency data. When the data does not match, the warning sign   will appear. By pressing on this icon, the system will open a new window.

Third step

We will visualize the differences between AT and SAP

  • AEAT/SAP Disagreement: This tab shows all records data, operations type and its sending status.

If we click on the state (Field Description of the state) we will navigate directly to the document in the cockpit.

By pressing the “Difference tree" button appears a report , in which by unfolding the sections, the data that differ will appear in a more detailed and visual way. On the left side “SAP data” and on the right side “AT data”.

  • Orphans: Records with ID in the Tax Agency but this ID does not exist or is not found in SAP.

When pressing  button, as in the previous section, by unfolding the options it will appear data of this record in detailed and more organized way.

  • Doc. SAP without AT: Records that we have in SAP and that have not been sent to the AT or that are in a Rejected state.

  • To check the status of the Background Jobs for errors:
