TBAI invoice download

Transaction: /EDGE/TC_TB_DOWNLOAD

With this transaction you access the selection screen of the TBAI file download program.

Once the following mandatory fields are filled in, at least it can be executed so that the program downloads the corresponding files:

Company code
Document number or Invoice number
Fiscal year
Folder path

After executing the program with the required parameters, a window appears that confirms the download of the documents and the update of the electronic invoice:

Inside the monitor you can check that the status of the registry changes:

Before extracting the TBAI files, the registry is shown with the status "TBAI and QR code recovered, waiting for download".

After downloading the attached documents with the download program, the record changes status to “TBAI invoice downloaded”.
