LROE annotations creation exceptions
Transaction: /EDGE/TC_EX_LROE
We can create, if there are, exceptions for which any annotation should not be generated in LROE and thus not start the process for sending it to the Foral.
The logic is configured and if it is fulfilled, the document is not generated in the LROE monitor
The fields to fill in are the following:
Field | Meaning |
---|---|
Company code | Company for which the exception applies |
Condition number | Proposed accountant |
Table | Name of the affected table for the exception to be met |
Field name | Name of the field (within the table) for the exception to be met |
Sign | Indicate if it is a condition of Inclusion or Exclusion |
Option | Type of condition that must be met: equal to, between, less than or equal to ... |
Lower limit | Lower range limit |
Upper limit | Upper range limit |
Configuration example:
We want an annotation not to be created whose document type is a GA:
We indicate the following conditions:
Company: Indicate for which company you want to create the exception. If '*' is entered it will apply to all company codes.
Table: The table where the data set is indicated is in the header, we indicate “BKPF”.
Field name: The technical name of the document type field is “BLART”.
Inclusive / Exclusive: We want that when the condition that we are indicating is met, an annotation is not created, therefore, we select “Inclusive”.
Type of condition: It must be met: "Equal to"
Lower limit: We want that “GA” type records are not generated
Upper limit: we leave it empty because we want a specific type of document and not a strip
In case of exempting dates, the format should be YYYYMMDD
