LROE self-retention conditions
Transaction: /EDGE/TC_RT_LROE
We can create, if there are, conditions in the event that any annotation must be born with a retained status in LROE and thus, even if the entry of the annotation is generated in the monitor, it will have a status not allowed to be included in a batch.
The logic is configured and if it is fulfilled, the document will be born with the Withheld status.
The fields to fill in are the following:
Field | Meaning |
---|---|
Company code | Company for which the condition applies |
Condition number | Proposed accountant |
Table | Name of the table that affects for the condition to be met |
Field name | Name of the field (within the table) for the condition to be met |
Sign | Indicate if it is a condition of Inclusion or Exclusion |
Option | Type of condition that must be met: equal to, between, less than or equal to ... |
Lower limit | Lower range limit |
Upper limit | Upper range limit |
Configuration example:
We want the annotations of the BAI2 company to appear as withheld when its document number is within a range of numbers.
We indicate the following conditions:
Company: Indicate for which company you want to make the exception. If it is left blank or * it will apply to all companies.
Table: The table where the document number is indicated is in the header, we indicate “BKPF”.
Field name: The technical name of the Document No. field is “BELNR”.
Inclusive/Exclusive: We want that when the condition that we are indicating is fulfilled, the annotation is born as withheld, therefore, we select “Inclusive”.
Type of condition: It must be met: “Between…. Y…."
Lower limit: We want annotations to be retained from the number "11000027"
Upper limit: We want annotations to be retained up to the number "11000030"
