Upgrade to version 1.7 (SP7) via SOFTWARE COMPONENT

From b+ TicketBAI version v.1.7.0 onwards, the Core Framework product in version v.1.2 (SP2), b+ Licensing in version v.1.1 (SP1) and b+ Alarms in version v.1.3 (SP3) must be installed on the system.

In this release the support package is released:

SP7 for the TBAI component → TBAI_100_700_Addon_SP7.SAR

1 - In client 000 access the SPAM transaction and import the file TBAI_100_700_Addon_SP7.SAR

2 - Click on the Display/define button to indicate the component to be updated:

3 - Select the TBAI component:

4 - The SP version to be installed will be displayed, in this case it will correspond to the SP6 version:

5 - When asked if we want to import a setting order from the SP we select No:

6 - Click on the import button to start the installation:

7 - We set the process to start in the background:

8 - Once the process is complete, confirm the import queue:

9 - When displaying the version of the TBAI component it shall show that it is at level 7 of SP version 100_700:
