This case implies that the taxpayer is the issuer of the invoice himself, but that he delegates the communication to the Agency to a third party.

The documents generated under the parameters of this flow generate a registration line within the TBAI monitor with the respective annexes (TBAI file and QR code), but they are not sent to the Tax Agency.

The TBAI files generated within these records can be downloaded through the TBAI Invoice Download program, for later sending to the third party who makes the declaration.
