Alarms b+ eInvoice

This configuration should be carried out within the project since its setup is specific to the system and the project's own requirements.

Currently, the ‘CORE - b+ eInvoice' product only offers the 'ESTADO’ (STATUS) alarm type.

 

To configure alarms based on the status of records in the electronic invoice monitor, you should create an entry in this table by selecting the alarm type as 'STATUS' and specifying the product object to which it applies, in this case, 'EINVOICE'.

In the alarm conditions table, entries can be added to set conditions for the records. For instance, the company code or any other field belonging to the object extraction table.

This way, multiple status alarms can be created, each with its own alarm condition, such as a specific company code.

 

In the initial values table, you will need to specify the different states for which you want to trigger the alarm. The states listed in these entries will be the ones for which alarms are created.

 

In the final values table, you will need to specify all the record states that will turn off the alarm.
