“Proposed Solution” Status

When the support team provide a solution and be correct, the ticket must be confirmed

Client Area

 

The client Area allow the download of installation files, licenses, SP or patchs.

 Portal functionality described in the following sections, grouped as follows:

  • User login: The login process is described.
  • Home menu: Home menú and general options are described.
    • Download menu: The options are included to download the software, like the initial installable, support packages, patches or licenses.

Support Service: The supplier may open requests and incidents on a product.

 The URL to access the Portal Bill is as follows:

 http://www.techedgegroup.es/bplus/area-clientes/ 


  By accessing the URL of the Portal, the first screen to appear will be the login screen:

 

By accessing the Portal, it is important use one of this web browser: Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

 If a Portal account is available, the fields User and Password must be filled and click on the Enter button. The Portal will verify the data and if the data are correct, the Portal Home Menu will be shown.
