Displaying incidents status

Must access the home page of the tool to check the status of the incident.

Can access the last five incidents that the user has seen on the navigation bar on the left.

In the central menu is available two blocks to check the status of our incidents:

If the user has the necessary authorizations also can view the incidents assigned to your computer.

To access any of them should click on the link associated with the ID of the incident.

 

Once the query interface is loaded, the user can view the status of the incident and see the log messages that support Techedge send you to solve your problem.

To edit the incident, click on button Edit
