Massive automatic archiving

It offers the possibility through mass batch processing to perform a massive automatic archiving at the user's request.

To perform this, the new button Automatic archiving has been implemented on the reprocessing button of the batch tiles.

It allows to determine the archiving filtering through sending dates, origin and company. The user should introduce the required filtering data and press the Automatic Archiving button.

Once the Automatic Archive button is pressed, a pop up window will appear indicating the number of batches that have been automatically archived.

These batches can be viewed from the Archived batch tile. The user can un-archive them manually if necessary, by following the process indicated in section Archived batches.
