Automatic archiving via job

It will be necessary to set up the activation of automatic batch archiving in the Advanced configuration section .
Once activated, the system will execute the job and automatically archive all the batches of the previous day containing all its non-relevant records.
Dashboard marks as relevant the last record received with error or the record that is in the correct status. The correct ones will always have preference over the rejected.
From batch filtering, there is the possibility to visualize all the batches associated with their records, whether are relevant or not.
- Do not include archive batches
The system will show only the batches with relevant records; either accepted or with errors pending for correction (therefore susceptible of modifications) and new sending to the Tax Agency, affected by the automatic archiving functionality.
- Include archive batches
The system will show all relevant and non-relevant batches archived through the automatic or manual archiving functionality.
