2.1.7.1 Alarms configuration b+dgtal SII

At this moment there are two modules to generate alarms on SII.

The ‘old’ module was initially created for this product and one new module with improvements and new features that replace the ‘old’ one and it is released in product release 1.8.0.

Both modules are working, but only one of them can be active.

The new features and developments that are required for alarms from version 1.8.0 only will be done in the new module, since the old one becomes obsolete, although it still working and having support for for possible incidents.

From product it is recomended to migrate to the new alarms module, but first, it is recommended to check whether the system fulfill minimum requirements for its usage, else it must use old module https://techedgespain.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BAE/pages/1704133449
