1-Is it possible to cancel an electronic record corresponding to an amendment (InvoiceOperation = "MODIFY"), by sending an electronic record of cancellation (FB08 - InvoiceOperation = "STORNO")?
No. Electronic records with the tag InvoiceOperation = "STORNO" can only override electronic records accepted by NAV and sent with the value "CREATE" in the InvoiceOperation tag.
Records sent with the value "MODIFY" in the InvoiceOperation tag can only be overridden by the "Technical Override" functionality.
