It will be necessary to configure in the Advanced configuration section the activation of automatic batch archiving.
Once activated, the system will execute the job and automatically archive all the lots of the previous day containing all its non-relevant records.
Dashboard marks as relevant the last record received with error or the record that is in the correct state. The correct one will always have preference over a rejected.
From batch filtering we will have the possibility to visualize all the lots associated with the records, whether relevant or not.
- Do not include archive batches
The system will show us only the lots that contain relevant records either accepted or with errors pending correction and therefore susceptible to modifications and new shipments to the Tax Agency, provided they have been affected by the automatic archiving functionality.
- Include archive batches
The system will show us the relevant and non-relevant batches archived through the automatic or manual archiving functionality.
