It will be necessary to configure set up the activation of automatic batch archiving in the Advanced configuration section the activation of automatic batch archiving.
Once activated, the system will execute the job and automatically archive all the lots batches of the previous day containing all its non-relevant records.
Dashboard marks as relevant the last record received with error or the record that is in the correct statestatus. The correct one ones will always have preference over a the rejected.
From batch filtering we will have , there is the possibility to visualize all the lots batches associated with the their records, whether are relevant or not.
- Do not include archive batches
The system will show us only the lots that contain batches with relevant records; either accepted or with errors pending for correction and (therefore susceptible to of modifications) and new shipments sending to the Tax Agency, provided they have been affected by the automatic archiving functionality.
- Include archive batches
The system will show us the all relevant and non-relevant batches archived through the automatic or manual archiving functionality.
