Installation job

The installation job is responsible for completing the master data of the solution, as well as creating the necessary number range intervals for its proper functioning.

It is important to note that the execution of the job must be done in Spanish, and it is only necessary to execute it once in each environment.

The user who will perform this task must be assigned the TicketBAI administrator role, as well as the role necessary to access the standard Job tile of the application (SAP_BR_ADMINISTRATOR).

Below are the steps to follow to carry out its execution.

We will select Application Jobs.

Click on the “Create” button

Open the matchcode to find the job

Select /TBAI/JT_SETUP_V100 (to search in the search field, it must be done through the description "Initial configuration b+ TicketBAI v.1.0.0.").

Click on Step 2

Set the preferred date for the job to be executed. It is recommended to mark the checkbox “Immediate execution”.

This job should not be executed periodically, as it is an action that should be performed only once.

Click on Step 3.

If the “Reset data” checkbox is checked, the master data is deleted before is included. Otherwise, the master data is kept and included.

Lastly, click on “Program

 

Once the job configuration has been completed, its Log will be available for viewing

 

This job will be responsible for creating the 3 intervals necessary for the product and the parameterization of the 8 workflows.

Intervals:

  • /TBAI/TBAI

  • /TBAI/LROE

  • /TBAI/LOTE

To verify that the intervals have been created correctly, we select "Manage number range intervals."

 

Workflows:

To verify it directly, we go to the TicketBAI Master Workflow parameterization table in Custom Business Settings.
