2. Tax agency per Company Code customizing

In order to be able to send the queries to the correct agency, this transaction must be customized, where it will be indicated by company (as in the case of forals) to which tax office it will point in this conciliation.

The configuration options are as follows:


  • If the company only sends to the ATC (Canary Islands) it will be configured with the option 4 Canary Islands.
  • If the company sends to both agencies (AEAT and ATC Canary Islands) it will be configured with option 5 AEAT and Canary Islands.



This configuration is important, since if this section is not configured it will be assumed that the conciliation is to the AEAT.

The company must be configured as it appears in the section 4. Permanent Establishment by Company.
