Activation BC_SETs version 1.7.7

If version 1.7.5 was NOT previously installed, you will need to activate the BC_SETs of version 1.7.5: Activation BC_SETs version 1.7.5.

If version 1.7.6 was NOT previously installed, you will need to activate the BC_SETs of version 1.7.6: Activation BC_SETs version 1.7.6.

The BC_SETs that need to be activated with version 1.7.7 are the following:

• /EDGE/SII_BC_SET_SP8_SIN_MDNT: It is only necessary to activate it in a client since its tables do not depend on a client.
• /EDGE/SII_BC_SET_SP8_CON_MDNT: You need to activate it in every available client because the information it contains is client-dependent.

Activation example for a BC_SET

To activate a BC_SET use transaction SCPR20. Enter the name of the BC_SET: /EDGE/SIICNC_BC_SET_SP8_SIN_MDNT.

Click on the icon  Consistency Check and verify that no error occurs.

Once the consistency has been checked, click on the iconto activate it.

Press OK as many times as necessary.

In this way the BC_SET would be activated.

It may be that after the activation is finished, a message appears with information about the activation:

Ending with warnings

To view these warnings, click on the log icon:

The same warnings will appear that were displayed when the BC_SET consistency was made.

Note: This process must be repeated for each BC_SET you want to activate. Bear in mind that some of them are client dependent, so they must be activated

in all the applicable clients.

Notes on the activation of each BC_SET

/EDGE/SIICNC_BC_SET_SP8_CON_MDNT

During BC_SET /EDGE/SII_BC_SET_SP8_CON_MANDANT activation, a Customizing transfer order will be requested. To check that it has been activated correctly,

check that the following tables have been included in the transfer order:

/EDGE/SII_BC_SET_SP8_SIN_MDNT

During BC_SET /EDGE/SII_BC_SET_SP8_SIN_MANDANT activation, a Workbench transfer order will be requested.
