New Role to allow the deploy of the SCA´S on the PI machine

Improved adapter traceability:

core.aapp_tr_level=1000  full trace -Default value

core.aapp_tr_level=0 not trace

core.tf_level=0 # dev , ALL

core.tf_level=150 #dev , Technical log sends traces (except debug), functional log only 400 and 1002.

core.tf_level=1002 #prd , END PROCESS

core.tf_level=1003 #prd ,does not send technical log, functional log only 400 and 1002.

core.tf_level=9999 #prd , Does not send technical log or functional log, for synchronous communications

Improved performance by context deletion.

core.not_delete_context=0  Always delete context.

core.not_delete_context=1  Do not delete context (Default value).

core.not_delete_context=2 Delete context only in case of successful termination.

Note: The context must be cleared when the product is installed as an adapter or in synchronous scenarios.
