2.2.9. Annual Operations

Customizing ForalsTax Agency per Company Code

At the time of making a consultation (Concilia) or a sending of annual operations by counterpart to the corresponding agency, it is necessary to inform the Middleware to which agency the sending should be produced. This information is obtained from the company, and to know which agency to make these sending / queries it is necessary to customize a table.

This table indicates the agency that taxes each company, and is the one corresponding to the start menu transaction "/EDGE/SII_HAC_SO – Tax Agency per Company Code":

The fields to be customized are the following:

Field	Description
Company	Company for which we want to set a type of Tax Agency
Tax Agency	Tax Agency for which said company must pay taxes

In this table you must indicate each active company for the SII that needs to send invoices for annual operations, or make consultations for Concilia. For each company, it must be specified to which Tax Agency it is to pay taxes. In this way, the sending and reconciliations will be automatically of the corresponding type depending on the customized Tax Agency.

Note: If this table is not customized, the annual accounts and conciliation consultations are sent automatically to the AEAT
