The only requirement to be able to install the B+ SILICIE product is to be at least in the next version of SAP APPL:

Note: If the system does not meet this requirement, contact the person responsible for the implementation of the project to look for a possible alternative.

In S/4HANA systems, the SAP_APPL requirement does not apply as it is integrated within the S4CORE component.
