DUMP when importing license

We have detected in several customers a DUMP when importing a license and in all cases the problem has been the lack or invalidity of the system's PSE certificate (or any of its instances!).

To validate that the license decryption process can be performed, let's run the standard TEST program, SSF02, checking the Develope option and Execute.
