In the eInvoice product, the following authorization objects are available:

/EDGE/FC03

This authorization object grants permission to the user to:

  • Access the electronic billing monitor in 'Display' mode

Report Field: /EDGE/FC03 → Report ID or IDs assigned

Activity: ‘03’

The reports that the user can access should be specified in the 'Authorization concept' (Field "Report") of the authorization object /EDGE/FC03

 

 

  • To execute the 'Reprocess Invoice' functionality:

Report Field: /EDGE/FC03 → Assigned report ID

Activity: '16'

 

  • To execute the 'End process' functionality:

Report Field: /EDGE/FC03 → Selected report ID

Activity: '82'

/EDGE/FC_BO_01

A transaction that, when assigned, enables the user to navigate to the "Display Electronic Invoice Detail" screen
