  • Batches Analysis

This indicator shows a graph with the evolution of the batches. The user can filter by batch dates and statuses. Placing the cursor on the different lines of the graph can display the date and quantity of batches with the corresponding state and clicking on it the application will redirect the user to the tile of monitoring of batches with the selected filter.

 


  • Registries Analysis

This indicator shows a graph with the evolution of the registries. The user can filter by dates and registry states. Placing the cursor on the different lines of the graph can display the date and number of registries with the corresponding state and clicking on it the application will redirect the user to the log monitoring tile with the selected filter.

 

  • AEAT rejected registries analysis



This indicator shows a graph showing the registries classified by the type of error returned by AEAT. By placing the cursor on the different sections of the graph you can visualize the error and the number of registries with that error and clicking on it the application will redirect the user to the list of registries monitoring with the selected filter.



  • Alarms

This section allows you to view all generated alarms that have not expired.

From the list you can disable or enable an alarm and click on it to access the detail screen.

 


In the detail of the alarm will be able to be displayed, among other properties, the message, the recipients, the channels and some data referring to the lot or record that caused the alarm (sections 'Associated Lot' and 'Associated Registry'). It is also possible to enable and disable the alarm, and pressing the buttons   and the user can access the details of the batch or record, respectively.


Clicking on the 'Associated Notifications' tab will be able to display the notifications generated by the alarm and which users have received those notifications.


The 'Change history' tab shows the states that the alarm has passed (disabled, expired, deleted, ...) and which users have produced them.


  • Alarms Inbox

Shows the user's own alarms. The behavior of this indicator is exactly the same as for 'Alarms'.


  • Notificacions

An inbox is displayed with user notifications. The user can select one or more notifications to delete them and mark them as read or unread. It is also possible to search between the character notifications that appear in the header message and filter by notification date.

 


Clicking on one of them shows the detail of the notification and the alarms that have generated it, which can be several, if the alarm type allows grouping (this parameter is editable in the section 'Alarm configuration' ).


  • Alarms Configuration


In this section you can configure the parameters of the alarms and the conditions that will cause their generation. The list of alarm types can be filtered by different fields and the user can activate or deactivate an alarm type without having to enter the alarm details.


To create a new type of alarm press the button in the lower right corner and a pop-up dialog will open asking for the name and description. Once this data is entered, the detail screen will appear in edit mode and the user can define all the details of the alarm type.


Clicking on any type of alarm in the list appears the detail screen with several tabs in which different properties can be displayed and edited. To edit the alarm type, the 'Edit' button in the lower right corner will be pressed and fields and buttons that allow editing will be enabled. The user can edit:

  • The message header and the complete message of the alarm, with the possibility of including some variables that will be replaced by real values when these alarms are generated. To add a variable you must choose one from the drop-down list, select the message in which it will appear and accept. After adding a variable, the user can continue completing the message and add more variables.
  • Notification channels.
  • The possibility of grouping notifications.
  • The generation frequency.


In the 'Status' tab the states that generate the alarm can be edited, ie if a batch or register reaches the defined state, an alarm would be generated.


To add a status to the list, simply click the 'Add Status' button, select the desired batch and log statuses in the popup dialog and click 'Save'.


Clicking on the 'Recipients' tab defines the users or groups that will receive notifications and will have access to the alarms generated. The way to add a recipient is similar to adding states.

It is also possible to add the companies related to the type of alarm being edited in the corresponding tab.


Once the changes have been defined, the user must press the 'Save' button in the lower right corner and the application will display a success message if it has been successfully saved..
