Transaction /EDGE/FC_SPRO → Configuration Folder "Status list."
Through this option, it is possible to configure all states for all business units. Before starting the configuration through this option, please verify "Design of the states through which the process can pass".
Since these states will be displayed in the monitor of the processes in the b+ Core Framework, careful consideration should be given to their naming and the icons they will carry.
The following columns must be configured:
- States Id
Identification or code of the state. If multiple business units need to be configured, it is recommended to assign state codes grouped by business unit. For example, if two business units are used, one for reception and another for emission, then assign state codes for reception starting at 1000 and for emission starting at 5000. It is also recommended to leave a gap of 10 numbers between each code to accommodate any possible future addition of states or steps within the flow. - Status description
This description will appear in the process monitor of the b+ Core Framework, so it should be as informative as possible. - End proc.
Indicator of the end of the process. If an instance of a process is in a state with this marker active, that instance is considered completed, and the b+ Core Framework will no longer consider it for automatic reprocessing. Therefore, it won't be taken into account by the program /EDGE/FC_RESUME_EINVOICES, which is part of the configured JOBS. - Error pro.
Indicator of an error in the process. If an instance of a process is in a state with this marker active, that instance remains in an error state. The product will only reprocess this instance if the same state has the "Auto Process" indicator active, or until the user manually reprocesses the instance through the monitor. - Auto Proc.
Indicator of automatic reprocessing of an instance. If an instance of a process is in a state with this marker active, the product will automatically take that instance for reprocessing each time the corresponding JOB is executed. This indicator is particularly useful for steps that are prone to frequent errors, but reprocessing them has a high chance of resolving the error automatically. It is also recommended to mark states that are neither error nor end of process with this indicator, so that the b+ Core Framework can automatically take those process instances. - Sequence
Indicates the sequence of appearance of process instances in the monitor based on their current state. - State (icon)
Graphic representation of the state. This icon will appear in the monitor when a process instance is in this state.
