Visualization of the process monitor.

Visualization of the process monitor.

The visualization of the process monitor is done through the transaction /EDGE/FC_03.

The following are the most important aspects to consider for the correct functioning of the monitor:

  1. The first field named "Report" corresponds to the reports that were configured in the functional configuration of the b+ dgtal eInvoice:

  2. To execute (view data) a particular report, a user must have the following authorization object configured:
    Authorization Object: /EDGE/FC03
Field of the Report: /EDGE/FC03 → ID or IDs of the assigned report
    Activity: '03'

  3. Once the report has been executed, there are two other options that require authorization:
    Reprocess an invoice
    Authorization Object: /EDGE/FC03
Field of the Report: /EDGE/FC03 → ID of the selected report
    Activity: '16'
This option allows reprocessing invoices so that they can move out of error states or proceed to the next step in case of any failure or when the step has been configured as non-automatic.

Manually finalizing the processing of an invoice
    Authorization Object: /EDGE/FC03
Authorization Object: /EDGE/FC03 → id del reporte seleccionado
    Activity: '82'
This option allows the user to manually complete the process. The parameter MANUAL_ENDING_STATUS must be configured for the specific interpreter with the ID of the state in which the process should be left after completion.

  4. Display the invoice detail with the standard product fields.
To see this, click on any record in the column "FacEl Id.":

In order for the following screen to be displayed to the user, the user must have transaction /EDGE/FC_BO_01 assigned:

  5. View the invoice processing log.
To view this, click on any record in the column "Log":

The invoice log displays all the events that have occurred during the processing of the invoice. The top section corresponds to each of the invoice reprocessing executions, and by selecting one, the detailed information for that execution can be viewed (the level of log is configurable, so the amount of information displayed depends on the configured level). At the interpreter level, the parameter LOG_LEVEL should be configured with the log level for that specific business unit, or at the general level for the entire product::

  6. View the files attached to the invoice.
To see this, click on any record in the column "Adj":

The attachments for the respective invoice are displayed and can be downloaded and viewed in the respective viewers according to the type of document:

  7. Likewise, you can click on any other column that has an underline in the data, and the monitor will take the user to the detail of that document or master data.
