When you access the application, the main screen will be displayed with the functionalities available for each user showing the data corresponding to the companies assigned in the profile of the user with which it is accessed.
There will be a series of generic functionalities that we detail below.
Toolbar:
This toolbar and its features will be available at all times, regardless of the screen in which the user is.
- Selection of the Companies
Clicking on the company selection button, a pop-up window opens with the list of companies assigned to the profile of the user with which the system was accessed.
The list can be activated or deactivated and the system will update the data according to the data set by the user.
Pending Notifications
Clicking on the corresponding button in the toolbar summarizes the outstanding notifications of the user. To view them, simply click on the 'Show all notifications' button and the notifications tray will be displayed.
- Configuration
In this section the user can change the language of the application and his own password. The user name and version of the application are also displayed.
- Password modification
Clicking on the password change button will pop up a dialogue in which the user is asked to enter his current password and the new one.
Pressing the button “SAVE
’ , If the modification has been made correctly, a success message will be displayed and otherwise the error will be notified.- Logout Button
When you press it, a message to confirm the end of the session will appear.
