18.1. BAdIs SII 1.1
...
In this section we will discuss the customizing points that should be considered with the upgrade to version 1.1 of the XML set by the AEAT. This upload is incorporated in the 1.7.4 version of the product and it is in the installation of this new version when the points that are to be detailed below must be reviewed.
The points to be addressed are as follows:
- 18.1. Adaptations made according to AEAT regulations
- 18.2. BAdIs SII 1.1
- 18.3. New book of additional properties
- 18.4. Middleware customizing
- 18.5. New mapping classes
- 18.6. New types of batches
Once the system has been set up accordingly, you need to trigger the transaction for loading company codes and generate the correct setting for the new documents:
Select all the applicable company codes and reload them so that they are set correctly and in green.
Functioning
Once version 1.7.4 is installed and the system has been parameterized to the established requirements ,the new version of XML can be used. In the table "MW parameterization in SII":
the parameter VERSION_XML is defined:
This parameter indicates the XML version to be generated. This parameter will initially be set to 1.0, so all batches generated and sent will be created with version 1.0.
The value of this parameter can be changed at any time from 1.0 to 1.1. From this moment on, the batches generated will be in the format of the new version and the new fields of version 1.1 will appear in the XML.
This parameter can be changed as many times as necessary, but always keep in mind that the XML generation will always take the format set in this customizing parameter.
In the AEAT test environment, the shipping services are already working, so once the parameter is changed to 1.1, it will be possible to send to the AEAT.
When this version is shipped to production, the same thing will happen. While the parameter is in version 1.0, the XML generated and sent will be with version 1.0. As soon as this parameter is changed manually, the XML generation and sending will be to the new version.
As the AEAT does not activate the services until July 1st, the shipments with version 1.1 will not work in production, so until that day the shipments must continue to be processed with version 1.0. However, you can test and generate XMLs with the new version. Although the XML cannot be sent with version 1.1, with the value of this parameter in 1.1 the XMLs can be displayed in version 1.1. This means that you will be able to see new fields added, and changes to existing tags.
