From this section, which will only be accessible by administrative users, the following parameters of the application can be modified, which will affect all users:
Advance Setting of Dashboard
- Number máximum of results in search: This is the number of results that will be displayed in the application tables (batches, registers, alarms, users, ...)
- Indicator update Interval(seconds) :It is the number of seconds in which the indicators of the main screen update their values.
- Number of rows of system log:Indicates the number of lines that the user can see in the system's log section.
- Number máximum of days to process a registry since it is issued :This parameter marks the number of days in which a record goes from being due to expired. According to the regulations of the AEAT, its value should be 4 days.
- URL of the alarm engine: It is necessary that this property is correctly defined so that the alarm monitoring works in the system's log tile.
- Access URL to the certificate management application:.Necessary for the Certificate Management tile.
- URL of the Dashboard SOAP services: Property needed for some functions, such as reprocessing batches.
Once the new values of the parameters that you want to modify have been entered, the user will click on the 'Save
' button and the application will notify that the changes have been made successfully.
- Email properties
In the tab 'Properties email' there are two sections. In the email templates you can configure the content of the emails that users will receive for certain actions (user creation, password modification, ...). To add a variable, choose one from the drop-down menu and press the 'Add' button. At the moment a mail is sent it will be replaced by its real value (username, full name, password, ...). The variable will be added to the end of the current text and then the user can continue to complete the mail text and add more variables. To save the changes in the template that has just been edited, press the 'Save' button.
You can also modify the properties of the email server. After any modification you have to press the 'Save' button.

It is also possible to modify the name and password of the Dashboard technical user. This user is the one that allows the connection with the web services of the application and the loading of data (batches, registers, ...) from the integrator, so it is advisable that it is not modified as much as possible.
- Middleware connection
Communication data. It will be possible to define the type of integrator FUSE or PI where, depending on the type, it will be necessary to update the URL data and technical user
- Editable fields configuration
This section allows us to activate or deactivate the fields that will be editable when creating a new batch from the Dashboard.
By default all fields are active and therefore editable.
