New versión AEAT + ATC
This version includes the necessary modifications to product B+ SII to comply with the new validations published by the AEAT and ATC that enter into force on 1 October.
This new patch published adds the new validations from the AEAT and the ATC, for its visualization from the B+ SII monitor.

The patch is split in two; on one side there are the new messages from the AEAT that could apply starting from release 1.7.4. and; on the other side, the messages from the ATC that could apply from release 1.7.7. for B+ SII.

- AEAT new messages → OSDK904322: This transport request contains workbench and customizing objects so it is necessary to install it in all clients in use.
- ATC new messages → OSDK904323: This transport request contains workbench and customizing objects so it is necessary to install it in all clients in use.
