Installation procedure version 1.8.2 through ORDERS

Installation files

To proceed to install this version by means of orders, it is necessary to download the following orders from the customer portal:

• Workbench order OSDK905840, this order only needs to be installed in a single client.

• Custo order OSDK905837, this order must be installed in each of the available clients.

These orders are available in the One Place portal version 1.8.2:

Pre requirements

• Have the Concilia Licensing component installed: Installation procedure b + Licenses.

• Have installed or, failing that, install the alarm component up to SP 2 as indicated in the alarm installation guide: Installation guide b + Alarms - ECC

In order to install this new version, it is necessary to be at least version 1.8.1 of the product (ECC). If the product version installed is lower than version 1.8.0, this version must be installed before continuing with this installation: Installation procedure version 1.8.1 using ORDERS.

Installation Tasks

Install the alarm component as indicated in the prerequisites.

Import of the following orders (in order of installation):

1. Order OSDK905840 b + SII - Version 1.8.2 WORKBENCH

2. Order OSDK905837 b + SII Version 1.8.2 CUSTO

The first order consists of version 1.8.1 where product development is included up to the latest version, the new functionalities can be consulted in https://techedgespain.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BSE/pages/2151415974

This command is a copy transport whose content is only for the workbench. Therefore, this command only needs to be installed once on a client.

The second order is from custo and contains only customizing content. They include new parameterization necessary for the correct operation of the solved incidents and new developments of the corresponding versions. This parameterization is client dependent. For this reason it is necessary to install these commands in ALL the available clients.
