1.4.5 Installation of the certificate

Install the electronic certificate in Internet Explorer by double-clicking on the p12 or pfx file.

Important, mark the key as exportable:

2. Access the certificates in Internet Explorer:

a- Open Internet Explorer

b- Go to Tools -> Internet Options

c- Go to Content -> Certificates

3. Find the imported certificate on the "Personal" tab and export the certificate by removing the certificate chain:

a- 1st step: Tick "Yes, export the private key

b. 2nd step: DO NOT check "Include all certificates in the certification path if possible"

4. Reinstall the exported certificate
