Hotfix 1 Codice Fiscale

A Hotfix is released after version 2.3 of b+ Electronica Invoice Italy that adds the mapping of the CodiceFiscale field in the CessionarioCommittente block, in order to inform the Gruppo IVA of a customer in issued invoices.
