3.1.7 Applications: Enquiries

As described in other sections, you can access this application from others and allows a communication flux with the client.

Depending on the Type of enquiry you want to realize, another fields/obligatory fields can appear related to that type of enquiry.

• Invoices and payments enquiry
• Bank account modification
• TIN modification
• Supplier data modification
• Fiscal certificate sending

Once the data is complete, press the Send button, in the upper corner right of the screen, to send it.

Once sent, we will receive a message confirming the query sent, and a confirmation mail will be sent to the user, specifying the identifier number of the enquiry, for future communications with the client.
