3.6.5 Provincial governments

The functionality of receiving batches for the different provincial of Álava, Guipúzkoa, Navarra and Vizcaya in Dashboard has been extended.

It will be necessary to set up the origins, company codes and visualization by the users in the system.

1. ORIGIN AND COMPANY MANAGEMENT

To be able to display and edit the batches coming from the different Provincial Councils, it is necessary to carry out the following steps:

• Enter the necessary origins
• Register the necessary companies

       2. USER MANAGEMENT

In order for a user to have a view of the batches sent from the different Provincial councils,  it will be necessary:

• Add the different companies of the County Council

      3. DISPLAY AND CREATION OF BATCHES OF FORALS

Once the origins, company codes and users have been configured, the system will display the batches and records corresponding to the Forales configured.

The operation is identical to that of the other companies.
