6. System information

In this tile you can find the Log of the system, thanks to this functionality will be identified more quickly possible incidents.

  • Dashboard Log:

It will collect all the information corresponding to the activity of the Dashboard. In this way we can identify possible errors that are occurring

  • Services Log:

It will collect all the information corresponding to the activity of the services. In this way we can identify possible errors that are occurring

  • Log Scheduler:

It will collect all the information corresponding to the Scheduler. In this way we can identify possible errors that are occurring

  • System information

We will be able to visualize the following information:

  • Component status - It will indicate if the services and the Scheduler are active or inactive as well as the version installed in our systems.
  • System indicators - We will be able to visualize the system memory, the free memory and the number of active processors.
  • Database - Informs us of the type of database we are using

  • Alarms system monitoring:

The Alarm Engine will allow us to activate or deactivate the release of all programmed alarms.

If the engine is deactivated, no alarm will be notified except if it is triggered manually.

  • Consistency of batches

Sometimes there can be inconsistencies at the time of receiving the lots in the Dashboard. From this section we will be able to identify those lots that, for some reason have not been processed correctly due to differences.

It will be necessary to analyze which has been the cause of the inconsistency in each case before carrying out the reprocessing of each one of them.

It will be possible to carry out a massive reprocessing of all the lots in the list, but they will only disappear if the corresponding errors have been previously corrected.

We will be able to visualize the detail of the errors produced in each lot selecting the file of the Errors field.

It will be possible to carry out a massive reprocessing of all the lots in the list, but they will only disappear if the corresponding errors have been previously corrected.

Once we press the  button the system will start reprocessing all batches.

During the execution of the reprocessing, the button will be disabled and you can stop the process at any time by clicking on the button .

The following are some of the reasons why these cases may occur:

  • Tax Agency not configured for a company code. For all the companies, it will be necessary to configure the Administration field from the Tile of Origins and Companies Management.
  • Incorrect XML format. Sometimes, especially in non-SAP shipments, the format of the fields may not be correct, which causes an inconsistency, it would be necessary to correct it and then reprocess it.
  • Duplicate records in sending or reply XML. For the application this is a single record, so it will only be displayed in the batch once
  • XML of sending and/or response with different information or records in each of them. When processing xml and detecting differences, the total number of records may be different from that indicated by the integrator.

A new field has been added in the batch tiles to locate the batches that present inconsistencies.

From the option to hide columns, a new field will be shown "Inconsistent" that will not be visible by default. The user will be able to add it in the screen of lots to have an immediate vision of the lots that present inconsistencies.

Once the field has been selected, those lots that show inconsistencies will be shown in the list marked with the check.

Clicking on the button  will show a legend about the possible cases that can generate the inconsistency of a batch.

Pressing the button will show the data filtering screen to perform the corresponding filters.

The export of data from this screen is allowed.

Pressing the Errors button  will show a pop up with the detail of the inconsistencies located in each erroneous record of the batch.
