Update to version 3.1.0 (SP1) using the SOFTWARE COMPONENT

Prerequisites:

  • Have the product installed in version 3.0.0

 

In this release, the following support package is provided:

  • SP1 for the EIHU component → EIHU_100_700_ADDON_SP1.SAR

1 - In client 000, access transaction SPAM and import the file EIHU_100_700_ADDON_SP1.SAR.

2 - Click the Display/define button to specify the component we are going to update:

 

3 - Select the EIHU component:

 

4 - The version of the Support Package (SP) to be installed will be displayed; in this case, it will correspond to SP1 version:

 

5 - When asked if you want to import an adjustment order for the SP, select No:

 

6 - Click the import button to start the installation:

 

7 - Set the process to run in the background:

 

8 - Once the process is complete, confirm the import queue:

 

9 - When viewing the version of the EIHU component, it should show that it is at SP level 1, version 100_700:

 

10 - Finally, activate the BC_SETs at level 0001 to ensure the product functions correctly.
