The b+ TicketBAI-BATUZ monitor is a tool that allows visualizing the documents accounted for which TBAI records and/or LROE annotations have been generated.
Filtering fields
Por defecto, se han fijado para la búsqueda y filtrado de resultados los campos de: Sociedad, Asiento contable, Ejercicio, FE.asiento contable, Fe.contabilización, Período contable, Tipo envío y Tipo de asiento contable.
By default, the following fields have been set for searching and filtering results: Company code, Journal entry, Fiscal year, Journal entry date, Posting date, Fiscal period, Entry type and Journal entry type.
However, it is possible to edit the arrangement of fields using the "Adapt Filters" button to include and/or exclude fields from the arrangement set by default.
The b+ TicketBAI-BATUZ monitor organizes the results according to the Foral Council (Tax agency) to which it applies (Araba, Gipuzkoa, and Bizkaia), as well as according to the status in which the records are found (Accepted, Incorrect, and Pending):
Accepted: Shows only results in the "Correct" status.
Incorrect: Shows only results in the "Incorrect" status.
Pending: Shows results whose processing has not yet concluded.
Navegabilidad
Sociedad: Si se dispone del rol requerido, al pulsar sobre el código de sociedad se accede a la cuenta de “Pérdidas y ganancias” de la sociedad correspondiente. En caso de no tener el role requerido para visualizar esta cuenta se abrirá un nuevo nodo de SAP Cloud.
Asiendo contable: Al pulsar sobre el número de documento se muestra un menú mediante el cual es posible navegar a la aplicación de “Gestión de asiento contable” (Gestionar asientos contables: Versión nueva).
Navigability
Company code: If the required role is available, clicking on the company code will access the "Profit and Loss" account of the corresponding company. If you do not have the required role to view this account, a new SAP Cloud node will be opened.
Journal entry: Clicking on the document number displays a menu through which it is possible to navigate to the "Manage Journal Entries" application.
Additionally, in the case of invoices issued with TicketBAI guaranteed software, it is possible to download the generated invoice in PDF format from the "Attachments" section either while navigating to the "Journal entry" or from the "Manage Journal Entries" application.
Details: The detail view can be accessed either by clicking on any other data than "Company code" or "Journal entry," or by clicking the arrow at the end of the line item.
If the TBAI record or LROE annotation has been rejected, the status will be shown as "Incorrect".
Upon accessing the detail view, the reason for the rejection will be displayed in the "Status description" field and in the "Status history" section:
Attachments: In the "Attachments" section, you will find the files generated from the accounting document (Journal entry), as well as the obtained XML response files.
Click on them to automatically download any of these files.
Functionalities
"Process" button
Allows for the re-execution of the sending of the generated record and/or annotation, if it has previously failed.
TBAI Code:
When clicking on the TBAI code, a new window opens in the browser where the invoice sent to the corresponding Foral Council will be displayed.
