This tool allows you to select all those documents for which a record has not been created in TBAI and/or an annotation in LROE; either due to errors or due to the conditions configured for its creation.
From the transaction /EDGE/TB_REPROCESO you can access the reprocessing of documents:
When accessing, a selection screen is displayed in which you must select the company you want to manage:
Once the company code has been completed (mandatory field), one or more search selection fields can be entered and one of the following functions can be selected:
Automatic reprocessing: Automatically performs the reprocessing of all documents that meet the selection conditions.
Documents without TBAI: Select those documents that only have an error for the creation of the record in TBAI.
Documents without LROE: Select those documents that only have an error for the creation of annotations in LROE.
BTE Generation errors: Select the documents that have not generated any entry in TBAI or LROE due to errors unrelated to configuration.
After executing the report, the list of documents that meet the selected criteria will be displayed:
The LROE and TBAI reprocessing monitor displays all documents that meet the selection criteria, regardless of whether or not the documents have created a record or annotation.
Select the enquiring record and based on the flagged checkbox, in the columns Log TBAI or Log LROE, click on the corresponding ‘View log’ button ('View log TBAI' - ‘View log LROE’).
Documents with error
When there is an error in the creation of the record or the annotation, the monitor indicates it by checking the corresponding box for the document with error:
To reprocess the documents, you must select those you want to reprocess and then you must press the Reprocess function. If the error persists, you can access View TBAI log or View LROE log depending on the error indicated to have more details.

Documents without error
Those documents without errors and that have a record within the TBAI monitor or an annotation within the LROE monitor, show the TBAI No. or the LROE ID, which serve as a link for that document within the corresponding monitor.
If you click on the LROE ID, you will access the corresponding annotation within the LROE monitor:
