Fields for ID determination of Issued Invoices 1.2 and received invoices.

When 2 received invoices or issued invoices 1.2 were generated with the same reference number, the second invoice triggers a duplicity error while being posted.

The code has been modified to cover the following cases:

Received invoices -

For those received invoices with “X” as a reference and “Created” as its annotation status, if a new invoice is registered with the same vendor/supplier, reference and year details, then the annotation status of the previous invoice changes to “Obsolete”.

If the previous invoice has been included in a batch that has not been posted and it does not contain other annotations then, the batch is automatically discarded.

Otherwise, if the invoice was included in a batch with other records then, the invoice must be manually removed from the batch.

Issued invoices 1.2 -
For those issued invoices with subchapter 1.2 and “Created” as its annotation status, if a new invoice is registered with the same reference, customer/client and year details then, the annotation status of the previous invoice changes to “Obsolete”.

If the previous invoice has been included in a batch that has not been posted and it does not contain other annotations then, the batch is automatically discarded.

Otherwise, if the invoice was included in a batch with other records then, the invoice must be manually removed from the batch.

b+ TBAI Monitor filter

b+ TBAI Monitor field filters BELNR VBELN and GJAHR have been fixed.

Text errors in the pop-up window of annotation error messages

Some test errors in the pop-up window of annotation error messages have been corrected.

Exceptional processing
of annotations and batches.

The ‘Exceptional processing’ functionality has been modified to allow the status modification of annotations and batches, to any other status that has been configured as exceptional processing.

Expiration alarm error

The error resulting in the inability to turn off the expiration alarm for annotations configured by chapter has been fixed.

Alarm by LROE Status

The error resulting in the visualization of the previousy deleted alarm in the attached excel spreadsheet has been fixed.
