Accesing to the option “Search” you can see the certificates that are registered:

For each of them there are a series of fields that provide information:

  • Alias: The alias of the certificate in the application.

  • Active: Indicates if the certificate is active or not.

  • Version: The version of the certificate in the application.

  • Certificate Alias: The certificate alias. Obtained automatically on upload.

  • SubjectDN: Automatically obtained on upload.

  • ThumbPrint: The ThumPrint of the certificate. Obtained automatically on upload.

  • Valid From and Valid Until: The validity of the certificate. Obtained automatically on upload.

  • MailGroup: Mail that must be reported when registering. When creating the certificate, the email of the contact person responsible for the certificate can be entered in this field. This is useful, for example, to contact you in case the expiration date is approaching.

There are a series of buttons that allow:

  • Details: See certificate detail.

  • Update: Update table data.

  • Delete Logical: Deactivate a certificate.

  • Delete: Delete certificate from the database.

  • Delete Logical All: Deactivate all certificates.

  • Delete All: Delete all certificates from the database.

  • Activate Certificate.
