¿Qué tipo de certificado debo solicitar a la AEAT?
Para la autenticación con la AEAT se requiere un certificado electrónico admitido por la AEAT, cuyo NIF coincida con el de la sociedad. Citando a la AEAT:
La presentación podrá ser efectuada por el obligado tributario, un apoderado suyo a este trámite ó un colaborador social, que deberá disponer de un certificado electrónico reconocido. Las aplicaciones que envían información a los servicios web deberán autenticarse con el certificado electrónico de cliente. Por tanto, el uso de los serviciosrequiere tener instalado un certificado electrónico reconocido admitido por la Agencia Tributaria, en el ordenador desde el que se produzca el envío de la información. Dicho certificado podrá ser de Persona Física ó de Persona Jurídica. Todos los NIFs se tienen que validar contra la Base de Datos Centralizada de la AEAT.

The presentation can be made by the taxpayer, a representative of this process or a social worker, who must have a recognized electronic certificate. Applications that send information to web services must be authenticated with the client's electronic certificate. Therefore, the use of the services requires having installed a recognized electronic certificate accepted by the Tax Agency, in the computer from which the information is sent. This certificate may be of a Personal or Legal Entity. All NIFs must be validated against the AEAT Centralized Database.
