- Monitorización de lotes
En este apartado aparecen todos los lotes enviados a la AEAT. Se mostrará un número limitado de resultados y el usuario podrá definir sus criterios de búsqueda en los filtros de la parte superior y tras pulsar el botón ‘Buscar’ obtendrá los resultados deseados. Además, por defecto aparecen sólo 10 resultados en pantalla, para ir viendo más resultados basta con pulsar ‘Ver más’ en la parte inferior de la tabla. También es posible ocultar los campos de filtro pulsando el botón 
en la parte superior izquierda, para visualizar con mayor claridad los resultados.
Por defecto, los lotes aparecen ordenados por fecha de envío, pero el usuario puede ordenarlos por otros criterios pulsando sobre el botón 
correspondiente y eligiendo posteriormente si quiere que la ordenación sea ascendente o descendente.
También existe la opción de ocultar columnas en caso de que algunos campos no sean relevantes para el usuario. Pulsando el botón 
situado en la parte derecha de la cabecera de la tabla se podrán elegir qué campos quieren visualizarse.
Al pulsar sobre uno de los lotes se mostrará una nueva pantalla con el detalle del lote seleccionado.
- Detalle de lote
En esta pantalla hay cuatro pestañas con distintos detalles del lote seleccionado. En la pestaña ‘General’ se muestran los datos básicos del lote (etiqueta externa, origen, fecha de envío, resultado de la AEAT,…).
Pulsando en ‘Paso procesamiento lote’ se visualizarán los pasos que ha seguido el lote en su procesamiento desde que se envía a la AEAT hasta que se recibe la respuesta de la misma o se produce algún error, indicando la fecha y hora de cada paso entre otras propiedades.
En la pestaña de ‘Adjuntos’ se muestra un listado de archivos asociados al lote que pueden ser descargados pulsando sobre el link correspondiente.
También es posible ver los registros que componen el lote y acceder al detalle de los mismos desde la pestaña ‘Facturas/registros del lote’. Además en ésta lista se pueden visualizar algunos detalles de cada registro sin necesidad de cambiar de pantalla, pulsando sobre los botones disponibles.
Pulsando en el botón 
el usuario puede visualizar el detalle de la respuesta de la AEAT para cada registro.
El botón 
permite al usuario ver registros referidos y referentes al registro en cuestión. Un registro referido es aquel que se ha visto afectado o modificado por el registro actual y un registro referente es aquel que modifica al actual. Desde este diálogo emergente pulsando en los links se puede navegar al detalle del lote o del registro.
Pulsando sobre 
se visualizarán los lotes en los que el registro ha participado y el usuario podrá ver el detalle de dichos lotes pulsando sobre los links correspondientes.

- Batch Monitoring
In this section all the lots sent to the AEAT appear. A limited number of results will be displayed and the user can define their search criteria in the filters at the top and after clicking the 'Search' button you will get the desired results. In addition, by default only 10 results appear on the screen, to see more results simply click on 'See more' at the bottom of the table. It is also possible to hide the filter fields by pressing the button in the upper left, to visualize the results more clearly.
By default, batches are sorted by shipping date, but the user can sort them by other criteria by clicking on the corresponding button 
and choosing later if you want the ordering to be ascending or descending.
There is also the option to hide columns in case some fields are not relevant to the user. By pressing the button on the right side of the table header you can choose which fields to display.
Clicking on one of the batches will display a new screen with the detail of the selected batch.
- Batch Detail
In this screen there are four tabs with different details of the selected batch. The 'General' tab displays the basic data of the batch (external label, origin, date of shipment, AEAT result, ...).
Clicking on 'Batch processing step' will show the steps that the batch has followed in its processing since it is sent to the AEAT until the response is received or an error occurs, indicating the date and time of each step between Other properties.
The 'Attachment' tab displays a list of files associated with the batch that can be downloaded by clicking on the corresponding link.
It is also possible to see the records that make up the batch and access the details of the batch from the 'Invoices / Batch registries' tab. Also in this list you can view some details of each record without changing the screen, by clicking on the available buttons.
By clicking on the button the user can view the detail of the AEAT response for each record.
The button allows the user to view records referred to and referring to the record in question. A referenced record is one that has been affected or modified by the current record and a referent record is one that modifies the current record. From this dialog popup by clicking on the links you can navigate to the detail of the batch or the record.
By Clicking you will see the batches in which the record has participated and the user can see the detail of those batches by clicking on the corresponding links
- Registries monitoring
In this section all records sent to the AEAT appear. The options and operation of this section are the same as in the batch monitoring section.
- Detalle de registro
En esta pantalla se muestran los detalles del registro seleccionado, los datos de envío y respuesta de la AEAT y al igual que en el listado de registros en el detalle de lotes, se pueden visualizar registros referidos y lotes en los que aparece el registro actual, pulsando sobre los botones
