- Analísis de Lotes
En este indicador se muestra una gráfica con la evolución de los lotes. El usuario puede filtrar por fechas y estados de lote. Situando el cursor sobre las distintas líneas de la gráfica se puede visualizar la fecha y la cantidad de lotes con el estado correspondiente y pulsando sobre ella la aplicación redirigirá al usuario al tile de monitorización de lotes con el filtro seleccionado.
- Analísis de Registros
En este indicador se muestra una gráfica con la evolución de los registros. El usuario puede filtrar por fechas y estados de registro. Situando el cursor sobre las distintas líneas de la gráfica se puede visualizar la fecha y la cantidad de registros con el estado correspondiente y pulsando sobre ella la aplicación redirigirá al usuario al tile de monitorización de registros con el filtro seleccionado.
- Alarmas
Este apartado permite visualizar todas las alarmas generadas que no hayan expirado.
Desde el listado se puede deshabilitar o habilitar una alarma y pulsando sobre ella se accede a la pantalla de detalle.
En el detalle de la alarma se podrán visualizar, entre otras propiedades, el mensaje, los destinatarios, los canales y algunos datos referentes al lote o registro que hayan provocado la alarma (apartados ‘Lote asociado’ y ‘Registro asociado’). También es posible habilitar y deshabilitar la alarma, y pulsando los botones 
y 
el usuario puede acceder a los detalles del lote o registro, respectivamente.
Pulsando en la pestaña ‘Notificaciones asociadas’ se podrán visualizar las notificaciones generadas por la alarma y que usuarios han recibido dichas notificaciones.
La pestaña ‘Histórico de cambios’ muestra los estados por los que ha pasado la alarma (deshabilitada, expirada, eliminada,…) y qué usuarios los han producido.
- Inbox de alarmas
Muestra las alarmas propias del usuario. El comportamiento de este indicador es exactamente igual al de ‘Alarmas’.
- Notificaciones
Se muestra una bandeja de entrada con las notificaciones del usuario. El usuario puede seleccionar una o varias notificaciones para eliminarlas y marcarlas como leídas o no leídas. También es posible buscar entre las notificaciones por caracteres que aparecen en el mensaje de cabecera y filtrar por fecha de notificación.
Pulsando en una de ellas se muestra en otra pantalla el detalle de la notificación y las alarmas que la han generado, que pueden ser varias, si el tipo de alarma permite la agrupación (éste parámetro es editable en el apartado de ‘Configuración de alarmas’).
- Configuración de alarmas
En este apartado se pueden configurar los parámetros de las alarmas y las condiciones que provocarán su generación. Se puede filtrar por distintos campos el listado de tipos de alarma y además el usuario puede activar o desactivar un tipo de alarma sin necesidad de entrar al detalle de la misma.
Para crear un nuevo tipo de alarma hay que pulsar el botón de la esquina inferior derecha y se abrirá un diálogo emergente dónde se solicitará el nombre y descripción. Una vez introducidos estos datos, aparecerá la pantalla de detalle en modo edición y el usuario podrá definir todos los detalles del tipo de alarma.
Pulsando sobre cualquier tipo de alarma en el listado aparece la pantalla de detalle con varias pestañas en las que se pueden visualizar y editar distintas propiedades. Para editar el tipo de alarma se presionará el botón ‘Editar’ de la esquina inferior derecha y se habilitarán campos y botones que permiten la edición. El usuario podrá editar:

En la pestaña de ‘Estados’ se podrán editar los estados que generan la alarma, es decir, si un lote o registro alcanzase el estado definido, se generaría una alarma.
Para añadir un estado a la lista, basta con pulsar el botón ‘Añadir estados’, seleccionar en el diálogo emergente los estados de lote y registro que se deseen, y pulsar en ‘Guardar’.
Pulsando en la pestaña ‘Destinatarios’ se definen los usuarios o grupos que recibirán notificaciones y tendrán acceso a las alarmas generadas. El modo de añadir un destinatario es similar al de añadir estados.
También es posible añadir las sociedades relacionadas con el tipo de alarma que se está editando en la pestaña correspondiente.

- Batches Analysis
This indicator shows a graph with the evolution of the lots. The user can filter by batch dates and statuses. - Registries Analysis
This indicator shows a graph with the evolution of the records. The user can filter by dates and registration states. Placing the cursor on the different lines of the graph can display the date and number of records with the corresponding state and clicking on it the application will redirect the user to the log monitoring tile with the selected filter.
- Alarms
This section allows you to view all generated alarms that have not expired.
From the list you can disable or enable an alarm and click on it to access the detail screen.
In the detail of the alarm will be able to be displayed, among other properties, the message, the recipients, the channels and some data referring to the lot or record that caused the alarm (sections 'Associated Lot' and 'Associated Registry'). It is also possible to enable and disable the alarm, and pressing the buttons and the user can access the details of the batch or record, respectively.
Clicking on the 'Associated Notifications' tab will be able to display the notifications generated by the alarm and which users have received those notifications.
The 'Change history' tab shows the states that the alarm has passed (disabled, expired, deleted, ...) and which users have produced them.
- Alarms Inbox
Shows the user's own alarms. The behavior of this indicator is exactly the same as for 'Alarms'.
- Notificacions
An inbox is displayed with user notifications. The user can select one or more notifications to delete them and mark them as read or unread. It is also possible to search between the character notifications that appear in the header message and filter by notification date.
Clicking on one of them shows the detail of the notification and the alarms that have generated it, which can be several, if the alarm type allows grouping (this parameter is editable in the section 'Alarm configuration' ).
- Alarms Configuration
In this section you can configure the parameters of the alarms and the conditions that will cause their generation. The list of alarm types can be filtered by different fields and the user can activate or deactivate an alarm type without having to enter the alarm details.
To create a new type of alarm press the button in the lower right corner and a pop-up dialog will open asking for the name and description. Once this data is entered, the detail screen will appear in edit mode and the user can define all the details of the alarm type.
Clicking on any type of alarm in the list appears the detail screen with several tabs in which different properties can be displayed and edited. To edit the alarm type, the 'Edit' button in the lower right corner will be pressed and fields and buttons that allow editing will be enabled. The user can edit:
- The message header and the complete message of the alarm, with the possibility of including some variables that will be replaced by real values when these alarms are generated. To add a variable you must choose one from the drop-down list, select the message in which it will appear and accept. After adding a variable, the user can continue completing the message and add more variables.
- Notification channels.
- The possibility of grouping notifications.
- The generation frequency.
In the 'Status' tab the states that generate the alarm can be edited, ie if a batch or register reaches the defined state, an alarm would be generated.
To add a status to the list, simply click the 'Add Status' button, select the desired batch and log statuses in the popup dialog and click 'Save'.
Clicking on the 'Recipients' tab defines the users or groups that will receive notifications and will have access to the alarms generated. The way to add a recipient is similar to adding states.
It is also possible to add the companies related to the type of alarm being edited in the corresponding tab.
Once the changes have been defined, the user must press the 'Save' button in the lower right corner and the application will display a success message if it has been successfully saved..
