In this section all the lots sent to the AEAT appear. By clicking on the 'Export' button you can download a file in Excel format with all the results that meet the filters without limiting results.
- Pop-Up Filter:
The user can define their search criteria in the Pop-Up that appears.
Using this functionality we can filter by the fields that we want. Once the filter is done you can click "Search", "Cancel", "Export" (to download the data corresponding to the filter applied in excel format) and "Save" (save the filter applied for future searches).

Refresh It will allow us to update the data shown
We can also reprocess massively by activating , a pop-up will appear with the warning of the lots for which the action will be executed:
Pagination We will be able to navigate to the first and last page of data, as well as to go paginating one to one.
Filter:

Hide columns:
If we click on this icon, a drop-down appears where you can mark and unmark the columns that you want to be visible on the main screen.
If we mark "By default" the standard configuration appears again.

- Sort columns:
By default, the batches are ordered by date of shipment, but the user can sort them by other criteria by clicking on the corresponding button and then choosing if he wants the order to be ascending or descending.
- Classification of records by batch
Placing the cursor on the number of records in each batch shows the number of records classified by state. When you click on one of the lots, a new screen will appear with the detail of the selected batch.
- Batch detail
If you click on any batch, you will navigate to a new screen where more specifically you can see the data of that batch and the status of sending to the AEAT.
- Batch processing steps:
In this section you can see the process of changing the status of the lot, the xml of sending to the AEAT and the response xml of the AEAT. You can also reprocess the batch to retrieve the modified XML data.
- Attachment:
In this section you will find the sending and response XML of the AEAT.
- Batch registries
Here you can see all the invoices contained in that batch and generate new batches for incorrect or accepted records with errors
