In the toolbar, standard SAP functionalities are included and at the end of the line, five functionalities were added for the product:
- Reprocess invoice: In case the invoice has been set "In Process", this bottom will be able to Reprocess the invoice and try to send it again:
You must select the invoice you want to reprocess and press the Reprocess invoice button:
You must press “Yes” and the invoice will be reprocessed.
- End process: You can also finish the process, in case the invoice has been set in process and we do not want it to continue its processing. Or if it has remained in process, but for some reason if the information has arrived. This way it will stop sending
You must select the invoice you want to finish the process and press the End process button:
You must press “Yes” and the process will be finished.
- View Issued XML: If the line corresponding to any invoice is selected and its clicked on View issued XML, it will appear.
You must select the invoice you want to view the XML and press the View Issued XML
The XML will appear.
- Send mail : Allows to send an email with the XML attached to the customer corresponding to the selected invoice.
You must select the customer's invoice you want to send the mail and press the Send mail button.
A pop up will be opened with all possible email bodies to choose from.
You must press “Send Mail” and the email will be sent.
- View Response Log:
You must select the invoice from which you want to see the response of the agency. You must press the View Response Log and the response of the agency will appear.
Navigable Fields:
On one invoice line you have different fields which you can navigate to see different information:
- EInvID:
If you press the field “eInv.ID”.
You will go to the display electronic invoice detail and you will be able to see all the different details of the invoice.
- Sap document:
If you press the “SAP document” button.
You will go to the detail of the SAP document.
- Log:
If you press the “Log” button.
You will go to the detail of the electronic invoice processing log.
- Attached:
If you press the “Attached” button.
You will see all the XML.
- Customer:
If you press the “Customer” field.
You will be able to see the General Data of the customer.
The columns monitor data show different information:
- Status: Icon that represents the status of the invoice.
- Description state: Description of the state.
- Status: SDI code of the invoice status.
- Error code: Code of the error.
- Error response: Reason for which the invoice has been rejected.
- Company: SAP code of the company that issues the invoice.
- Electronic invoice id.
- SAP Document: Concatenation of the company + document number + fiscal year, from this field we can navigate to the financial document.
- Log: If you click on the icon, you will navigate to the log screen where you specify step by step how the communication has gone.
- Attached: attachments to download.
- Invoice date: This field does not appear in the XML; the accounting date will be taken as reference.
- Interpreter identifier.
- Name of the interpreter.
- Issuer ID: Tax identification (CIF) of the issuer of the invoice.
- Issuer Name.
- Receiver ID: Tax identification (CIF) of the recipient of the invoice (customer).
- Name receptor.
- Total value: Total amount of the invoice.
- Total taxes: Total VAT amount of the invoice.
- Entry date: date on which the invoice was entered on the monitor. It will generally coincide with the date of entry into the system.
- Entry time: Entry time of the invoice on the monitor.
- Customer: Customer referred to in the invoice.
- Xml file name: Name of the Xml.
- Invoice reference: Reference of the invoice.
- Error description: Description of the error.
