This new patch published adds the new validations from the AEAT and the ATC for its visualization from the B+ SII monitor.

The patch is split in two; on one side. the new messages from the AEAT that could apply starting from version 1.7.4. and; for the other side, the messages from the ATC that could apply from version 1.7.7. for B+ SII.
