Then verify the correct operation of the certificate management service and show how to upload a certificate to it.and how to delete a certificate already uploaded.

An example of uploading a certificate to the certificate service will also be displayed.

1-      Certificate Format.

The certificate must be in .p12 format for upload. If it is in .pfx format it can be converted to .p12 and its extension changed and will work correctly.

2-      Access to the Certificate Manager..

Access via browser to the following URL:

[Machine IP configured]:9443/wsaeat/

3-      Login to the Certificate Manager

Enter our credentials for the Certificate Manager (gc) and verify that it can be accessed correctly.

4-    Certificate Mnager Main view

In the main view you see the certificates that were previously uploaded through the user. If this is the first time the Manager is accessed the list will appear empty. To upload a new certificate, select "Upload Certificate" in the lower right corner:


5-      Uploadind a new certificate

The following fields are filled in.

The "PKCS#12 File" is the certificate file, it will be found in the file system using the "Browse" button. The extension of this file in the system should be of type ".p12". You must also enter the appropriate certificate password.


 


Important: You must associate the certificate to all companies that require it to authenticate with the AEAT. 

Once the process is finished, the "Upload File" button is pressed. You should be informed that the upload was successful and you should see the new certificate on the main screen of the Certificate Manager.

 


6-      Querying or deleting an existing certificatee

You can delete an existing certificate from the main screen. The row for the certificate you want to query or delete is clicked.

 

From the screen that appears you can consult information about the certificate, or delete it if you wish by pressing the "Delete file" button in the lower right corner.
