If you are reading this page online it means that you are trying to install the B+ SII product using a software component when it was previously installed using order transport with the command OSDK901137 (corresponding to version 1.7.0 stand-alone) imported into the system.
If this is not the case, the following actions are not necessary.
Important: This task should only be performed before installing the software component for the B+ SII product, i.e. the TESII component, if the conditions described above are met.
With order OSDK901137, you enter incorrect entries in several tables. When these entries are created in the tables, they do not allow the installation of the TESII software component.
If the requirements to perform this task are met, the first thing to do is to check whether any of these tables are present:
- CVERS
- CVERS_LAN
- CVERS_REF
You have entries for the TESII component:
If one of these tables has an entry for this component, you must carry out this process. If none of these tables contain entries of this type, you do not need to continue with this task.
The problem is that these entries cannot be in these tables before the installation of the TESII and TESIICNC components. If this happens the installation fails. There are two ways to solve this. The first is to manually delete these entries for these tables in each environment where the product is to be installed as a software component. That is, delete the entries for the TESII component for these three tables.
If you do not want to do this task manually, we have generated an order from the product that contains a report that removes these entries. To perform the deletion you would need to import the order: OSDK902347 into the system.
This order can be downloaded from the customer portal in section 1.7.0 of installations ***
It is an executable report that has a selection parameter. This parameter is the name of the component you want to delete. To perform the deletion, follow the steps below:
Once the order has been imported into the system, run the report /EDGE/SII_BORRA_VERS_PARAM:
Select the TESII component:
Press online button.
Executing this report involves deleting the TESII component in the three tables above if they exist.
Check that after executing the program the existing entries in these tables,
